Units
Cameo Co-op has of 63 architecturally designed family housing units and has been in operation since 1980. We are made up of ten blocks of buildings situated on two levels, offering one to four bedroom units and a limited number of disability accessible units.
The size of each housing unit assigned to a member is based upon current over/under housing policies of Cameo Co-op in conjunction with the policies of CMHC. The monthly housing charges for each unit vary by its size.
2025/2026 Fiscal: MINIMUM Gross Yearly Income Required (end of current fiscal is June 30, 2026)
2 bedroom Maisonette: $34,880/gross yearly income
3 bedroom Maisonette: $40,360 /gross yearly income
2 bedroom townhouse: $ 38,000 /gross yearly income
3 bedroom townhouse: $43,200/gross yearly income
4 bedroom Townhouse: $ 46,040/gross yearly income
Adaptive/disability accessible unit: $38,000/gross yearly income
